I don’t believe in God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) by my choice, rather, I believe God chose me to believe.
This is the one big issue which causes separation between God and His people. For some reason, let’s call it ego, people want to be responsible for their own salvation. I see that as being ”self saved”. That’s something we just can’t do. Quite simply… We are saved by the gift of Gods grace through no act of our own.
I don’t believe in evangelism so don’t expect me to preach at you. I have nothing to add to Gods work in you. He either chooses you or He doesn’t and that decision is way above my pay scale. I’m not God, although He lives in me, and I’m not capable of being Godly without Him. He alone is my salvation. He alone is my rock. He alone is my source for all things.
Jesus Is Lord!
To those who are chosen, God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are our strength when the world hates us. Our comfort in our oppressions, and courage in the face of death. For He has loved us so much that He sent His only Son to die for us while we were yet sinners. And He called us into the Kingdom of the Son He loves. Why is this so? Because God chose to give us faith in His Son…..the One He sent to save us from eternal death to give us eternal life with Him. A life of splendor and infinite wisdom in who He is. I cannot imagine that I’ll ever know Him completely in His fullness of all that He is. Even in eternity. But, I know He loves me and I love Him. He is life and that is all I need. Jesus is my life not by my choice, but by God’s choice. Glory to God forever.
